Dr. Abigail Neiman specializes in all aspects of Rheumatology, which is the diagnosis and treatment of arthritis and related autoimmune diseases. She graduated from Loyola University of Chicago Suma Cum Laude and then earned her MD degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Internship and residency training was completed at the New England Medical Center of Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and she went on to complete a three year fellowship in Rheumatology at NYU/Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City.
Once her training was completed she moved to Houston TX in 2000 and has been practicing Rheumatology in the Memorial/Spring Branch area of Houston as a solo practitioner.
Her extensive experience and training in the field has shaped her personal approach to arthritis, autoimmune and metabolic bone disorders to be thorough, aggressive and comprehensive. Her treatments utilize the many new and time honored drug therapies , physical therapies, nutrition and good “old fashioned” compassion in a way that seeks to improve the quality of life of patients to the highest possibility.
Since 2016 She has partnered with Biopharma Infomatic LLC (also known as Research Consultants/BI Research Center) to bring new drug treatment options to patients as a Principal Investigator for many drug trials treating Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Gout, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Osteoprosis and Sjogrens Syndrome.
